What I’m Focused On
Doctoral Research — Virginia Tech (beginning Fall 2026)
I’ve been accepted to the Executive Ph.D. cohort at Virginia Tech, beginning Fall 2026. My research will continue to build on the governance architecture work underlying Human-in-Command—specifically the conditions under which delegated autonomous action can be made auditable and legally defensible in complex, federated environments. Working papers will be posted to the Research page as they develop.
Scapegoat-as-a-Service — Continued Development
The February 2026 SSRN preprint introduced the HiC framework and MV-HIC evidence standard. I’m continuing to develop the empirical grounding for these frameworks, with particular attention to industrial control systems and federal procurement contexts.
Speaking — Spring/Summer 2026
Actively speaking on Scapegoat-as-a-Service and the Human-in-Command shift. Current focus is executive audiences in regulated sectors—COOs, division presidents, and governance leaders navigating the agentic AI transition.
